it is the best fon i have ever used. it gives a great battery backup. it does no hang. camera quality is excellent. its 3g nt wifi speed is very good. its body shape is very cool and very different from other samsung phones. its 5" screen is very accurate to use. u can also use 4g in this fon. but drawback in my opinion what i face in this phone than, this phone's kitkat version was very good, after updating on lolipop i face some error in this phone, like some times a flash message cames on " unfortunately google play stop wrking" but after that i use that software i feel there is no error. it works smoothly. after all i feel very happy with my samsung galaxy grand prime. i give 4.5/5 rating to this phone..

Instead of waiting for the update don't you guys know you can always send your phone to the Samsung phone shop to get the update manually. Flashing update doesn't void warranty if it still using Touchwizz. It is not the same stock android.

Samsung galaxy Grand prime is very bad phone i will not suggest any one to buy this dump phone. it is not a smart phone , we dont know when it will hang , no support from this looting company. please dont buy sick phone

I guess that happens a lot when your device and memory storage are almost full. What I usually do is to delete unused or unnecessary apps and files (photos, videos) then restart it. And then everything is all well again. I guess we don't have to make it to the point in which is device and memory are almost full.
