mehboob, 02 Oct 2015who have g530h grand prime he need to update lolipop now av... morealmost everyone in pakistan needs the lollipop update. But the problem is that the update isnt available for pakistan yet and secondly, we dont want to void our warranty by installing the update manually.

Guyz m not able to use my audio jack its not recogn.and audio peripherals have to force it to add and peripheral by using soudbout how do I get rid of this

Anonymous, 03 Oct 2015Whats your prime model? sir i think your phone isn't original grand prime it's a copy grand prime.so my suggest is I pls confirm that is real or copy grand prime.and you complain against this shop at consumer forums .because grand prime is most known to all for his both camera.

Hellow. My grand prime catches no signal when in gsm mode while in wcdma it works very fine. All other phones with same operators working with full signals in gsm mode while my phone say emergncy calls only. Very frustated . Any solution plz plz suggest. I have tried replacing old sim with new one, tried master reset, phone is already uptodate to latest software :-((

i am... morei bought sm g531 with lollipop 5.1.1
it is the Sm-G531FZ Grand Prime VE, the difference is that becomes with other processor, the "Marvel PXA1908" and lollipop 5.1.1
