this phone quality is not best.and its customer service point behaviour is not good. so i decided i will never buy this product in the future.

Hey,guyz I have been using this phone since January 2015 , I had a very smooth experience with it no lags till know , happy to see that Samsung provide us with lollipop update,but after the update my audio jack isn't responding when I connect any media periferal and I have to use soundabout to to force it to the various perifirals can any one help us with this so that I don't have to use any third party soft

Guy don't go for update .... my friend updated her s4 to Lollipop but I could obsrebe she had only 460 mb ram free out of 2gb .. before update she had more than 1gb ram always free.
So think before update ... because Lollipop is not light ...

I have this phone for almost a year. This phone always hang up if played a games like COK maybe because this phone not design for gaming..

Plzz anyone tell me, should go for prime, j5 or a3. I like the a3 with mettalic design but it has 1 gb of ram only, it can hndale with normal gamer?? A3 are small screen and low battery with 1900mah. Both Prime and j5 are good but prime also has 1gb ram. Prime n j5 are low memory with 8gb but A3 is 16gb. Ahh.. Im very confused for these phone.

Jc, 29 Sep 2015im using grand prime for last 7 months and for past 3 month... moretry backup all your data and do factory reset, install only the most needed apps. some apps may be poorly written and slow down the device, even uninstalling them may not help.
so think twice before installing any apps.

dont buy it for a lot of multitasking or high cpu / ram consumption games
after all, its just a quad-core 1.2 w/ 1g ram, you ll get what you pay for.

bought it a year ago, good for business and non-gaming use.
wifi reception is the best our of all devices i have.
dont really have many bloatwares besides the samsung and google software, which there is a function to turn them off.
installed opera mini for andriod or UC browser since there is only 1g ram.
a nice device at affordable price covering almost all networks around the world.
