1) Speaker volume is bit too low.
2) Alphabet A and backspace work very very poorly on the piece I got unless the phone is in Landscape mode and I have tried different keyboard downloads to no avail. This is a deal breaker.
3) When using a Vodafone SIM card and if 3g data is active then unable to receive calls unless the signal is strong. Same sim card works fine on all other samsung phones. Deal breaker.
4) Hanging.
ALL THE ABOVE ISSUES EXCEPTING SPEAKER VOLUME MAY BE RESOLVED WITH A SOFTWARE UPDATE BUT YOU DONT EXPECTED TO HAVE SO MANY ISSUES WHEN BUYING A NEW PHONE WHICH COSTS LOT. ISSUES MAY BE WITH MY PIECE ONLY.
POSITIVE:- Camera is great. Sleek and nice to hold in the hand. Not worth the headache for me.

Aj, 28 Sep 2015i brought this phone on jan 2015 it worked well for 4 month... moreThis phone has never had android 4.4.2. You must have searched for a wrong phone.

i brought this phone on jan 2015 it worked well for 4 months and therafter it started getting issue as hang and slow to operate as also updated software which was from 4.4.2 kitkat to 4.4.4 but the same issue and also downloded CC cleaner apps and other ram cleaner apps but its not giving solution.
Kindly give me the solution for this i really disapponited please

hello again i am really happy with my galaxy prime and would love to know when is the 5.1 or 5.0 lollipop is coming on pakistan if anyone here in pakistan has update his phone please tell me i don't want to download the update from any developing sites (official update only) so please if anyone who has update officially tell me . thank you so much

The phone hangs every few minutes and has to be restarted again and again for better functioning. Also it lags A LOT and the battery runs out after a few hours and the phone heats up A LOT. This phone is just a waste of my money. Any solution to it please?

Plzz anyone tell me, should go for prime, j5 or a3. I like the a3 with mettalic design but it has 1 gb of ram only, it can hndale with normal gamer?? A3 are small screen and low battery with 1900mah. Both Prime and j5 are good but prime also has 1gb ram. Prime n j5 are low memory with 8gb but A3 is 16gb. Ahh.. Im very confused for these phone.

Because a new Galaxy Mega On will come around next month with 13mp rear camera and 8mp front camera. It is 5.5inch display and the rest of the specs is similar. Or switch to the Galaxy A series. Those are very good. If you get tired of Samsung please consider buying Motorola G 3rd gen or Moto X Play.

This phone was awesome for the first 2 months.. then during the third month I received a camera update with hand gestures... after that update the phone has now become really really slow and full of lags.. also so many glitches.. Now it has became Samsung Galaxy hang prime.. because the performance is not at all grand..
