please samsung! Please release update for Pakistan. As you have already released the update for Bangladesh (East Pakistan) and india (Pakistani neihbour). So why Pakistan is facing such injustice!?

I am from India.On 28/04/2015,my father purchased this product(Samsung Galaxy Grand prime)from I.T.Mobile Center(near-Seiko,Dammam,SAUDI ARABIA).When my father came to India with this phone for me,I liked it and after 2 months,I tried to check for software update in my device.But I am shocked by this error on my device.A message is being displayed-REGISTERING DEVICE,PROCESSING FAILED.I regularly check whether the error is removed,but it still remains as it is.Even though I am using a high-speed Wi-Fi network, I can't complete this peculiar type of registration.Can you suggest me a way for repairing this kind of error?PLEASE HELP ME.....My baseband version is G530FZXXU1ANL7...#HELPme...
