Guys...if u want 4g then go for 531 model...if u want all in all then no doubt go for 530 model as it is a very original n hitting model over d time till now...cam quality has no words to describe even in nite shots..in lolipop update users experiance real performance of gp with not even a single lag

nimesh, 06 Sep 2015Please give us the specs of Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime Valu... moreit is very similar to 3g version.. but no snapdragon 410 chip.. no 1080p video recording.. and supports only 2 touch.. the best thing it supports usb otg.. and lollipop out of the box... and sd write permission is not required for third party apps... overall it is very nice mobile...

Since I upgraded to lollipop, I havent experienced any lags even when I'm playing coc while on facebook. Now I'm satisfied!

Has anyone update to android lollipop 5.1.1 from the US version. Can I flash those rom? Give me link, please. I think the US version is better.

I love my grand...It's give me good quality performance..
Camera is awesome,battery back-up is also nice.. but sometime is lagging when using some heavy apps... But i satisfied with it...love u samsung

Write permission to sd card is fixed in lollipop.What you need to do is to update your applications.

Cherian, 05 Sep 2015After updating to lollipop 5.02.More free ram..About 520mb ... moreAfter upgrading to Lollipop, Can u see if there is still option for 'hide application' as in Kitkat4.4.4. I heard many of the apps won't work on Lollipop, and you will be losing more freedom after the upgrade. 8Gb internal is the biggest issue, you will run out of space soon unless you root your phone and use link2sd app. I'm currently using the 4g version which used to lag, but now tamed it since last 8 months using 'Greenify' app without rooting.
