I've had this same problem, with the "black spot" on the screen. It's smack in the middle too - not the lower middle. I didn't press hard or anything. I noticed after I had the phone in my pocket on day 2. I took it back to the Cricket store and they said it was a known problem with the manufacturer & they could swap it out for me. They did so and gave me a new one. However, the new one had the same problem. So - it's still not fixed! The "black spot" looks like a bubble under the glass. It's not a screen protector problem (because I don't have one) - it's the actual plexiglass on the front of the phone!

Can anyone share me why this phone G531F Samsung galaxy grand prime 4g heated up so easily. M scared that it might blast and killed us while using and talking through phone call.

Btw, prepare to see the drop in daily interest percentage. Note 5 and S6 edge+ will be announced today. Grand prime just got to 50% and it is sad to see it drop again within a few days. Always happened when a new phone is announced or launched.

I have bought a new Sumsung Grand Prime mobile before 3-months when i opend the camra the messege in displyed that Camra dons't responding please guide us.

Don't buy it, save your self. For the same amount you can buy a windows phone that works perfectly, doesn't lag etc. I am a user of this phone for the last month, it lags, blocks, apps keep crushing all the time and i have to remove battery in order to restart it.

7th aug 2075 i got Samsung galaxy grand prime duos 4G Lte.
it has very big heating issues. also batrry back up is very very low .
display qlty is not that grat. overall this is not a gd Device
dont go for this

my husband gave me this phone as a gift so i try my best to love it even if it isnt my best choice. The phone hangs a lot and it drains battery fast. I charge it twice sometime three times a day when I play Clash of clash. I have the phone with me for a month now and it was brand new when bought. The camera also has a poor stabilizer and even a slight change in light makes the image blurred in the actual photo. I also find it hard to multitask because it frequently hangs. I have installed six games and play just one at a time yet when I receive a message in the middle of the game, the phone hangs and I cant access the multitasking menu nor the task maganer... I can't even turn it off. I give it a grade of 6/10.
