I only get E(edge) on my Grand Prime even if I choose LTE form the network menu.
Any solutions please

Please HELP! My Galaxy Grand Prime phone will not notify me with sound for text messages I receive. I checked settings and it is set to notify me. I downloaded different notification sounds and they didn't work either. Have turned phone off numerous times with no luck. Have also removed and reinstalled battery, no luck. SOMEBODY!?
