Yan, 23 Jun 2015Help please..whenever i try to open up my log calls it disp... morePerform factory data reset. If it doesn't work, if its still a new one and not a contract, you should be able to replace it with the same model.

The phone is amazing! Camera, Storage, RAM, and the design. The only problem is that the phone hangs a lot. Jumping from one app to another may take 2-5 seconds. Not a good response time for a mid-range phone. Also, it doesn't support OTG. Which really suck. I was using a cheaper phone before and was very happy with the OTG support. Kinda disappointed with the phone. But overall, happy.

Very Bad phone, i was use LG L90 Dual D410, i hope to get better phone in many things, but after i buy it, no i am not satisfy with what i got from this phone.
Samsung is very bad, may be in this phone at least, i think they give more attention for other high phones and so.
why it is very bad:
1- this is the big problem: Hang many time, and stop, take minutes in sometimes to do what you want, example you are browsing about 5 pages in chrome and want to check whatsup or other app, it will stop 1 or to 2 min. thinking of what to do, like old man who can't hear you good. this wasn't happen in old LG one
2- if you try to connect to WiFi and WiFi stooped, it will hung for some mins. because it can't connect.
Good things
1- front camera
2- some little things like in LG there is mult copy (clipboard) here is just one.

Mine never hang or lag. I installed a ram clearer so it never hang. It give warning everytime ram is full and then I just clear them. Phone always runs fast and smooth. You guys need to figure out your way around the phone instead of wasting your time complaining here. The more you learn the better.

I can not sign out from my gmail account. The shop where I purchased the phone told me that sign out option is not available in this phone and advised me to delete my gmail account...UNBELIEVABLE. Plz advice....

It's only have 885 MB of the actual size of RAM. 1GB of RAM is too small for current Android OS nowadays. I prefer Asus zenfone 5 or zenfone 4 A450cg.

Help please..whenever i try to open up my log calls it displays "contact stopped" i already tried turning the fone on and off but still the same,cnt open my contacts. For several timea i already tried to reset my cell,it starts fine then in a while it'll go back to the same problem. Any suggestion in how to proceed?

this phone is good. and i got it last 6 months ago. but I don't know what happen. my phone's camera has gone last 4 days ago. when i open my phone camera . Notice is appear like this; Warning "Media Server Failed; the camera needs to restart." I always hold carefully my phone. I did nothing like it was felling on my hand , or touching with my hand which is wet. Why?

Grand Prime is also a good quality in Samsung phones. I got it last 6 months ago and the camera was good.But, now, my camera has gone and when i open my camera, Notice sentences appear like this ; Warning The Camera Need to restart. I don't know What happened. and I didn't anything like wet my phone and drop off etc.
