prem, 01 Jun 2015It indicates error message for camera time to time in my ph... moreMy friend have that problem. She send them to the phone centre and get it fix immediately. I think they just did a factory reset. You also need to do a firmware update to fix bug.

But since 2 weeks it shows msg like "Facebook isn't responding. Do you want to close it. " OR "The Process system has stopped working. Do you want to close it. " I have Clean Master and Battery Doctor installed. :(

I am having the worst ever experience with this "Grand Prime". In less than 10 days I have had 3 new phones (same one). These phones are experiencing some type of defect with the screen (starts as a small spot in the center of the screen that looks like moisture and it just gets larger as the days go).Seems that I'm not the only one with this problem according to my phone carrier.I personally love Samsung but, this one is not for me. I hope that Samsung catches this and put a recall out so I can get rid of this phone and back to another.

Great device.working smooth and fast.no lag or freeze to me.i am using this device for six months.camera and battery backup is very good in this smartphone.thanks.

Samsung galaxy grand prime is the best smartphone in midrange.i am using it for five monthes.no lag no freezd.nice camera and great battery life.i really love my phone.thanks.

Do not forget they also make tv, refridgerator, air conditioner, vacuum, computer, laptop, washing machine, microwave oven, dishwasher and more. They have a lot of market share in other sectors. Even if samsung stop making smartphone, their company will keep going. This is what make samsung different from their competitor. Company like Apple, Microsoft, Blackberry, HTC, Asus will go down fast like Nokia if they lose their smartphone market share since they don't support their company with other type of product other than computer.
