steve, 30 May 2015frndz plz tell me i should buy samsung grand prime or not?You can buy either grand prime or the much cheaper xperia e4. Both have pretty much similar spec. However xperia e4 use mediatek and have 5mp rear cam, 2mp front cam. The price is around 9k rps or $150.

If u switch mobile data to auto mode, heating on using 3g can be resolved:)

I found an intresting fact after installing 2 ota updates given by samsung that my 4 cores of the cpu is always running in min of 800mhz.Earlier one core runs at 800mhz and other 3 cores were stopped.I found this by using cpu z app

tom, 30 May 2015i can play high end games or not plz inform U can play mc4, nova 3 with out any lags.But mc5 lags sometimes.Also i initially played asphalt 8 without a single frame drop in high visual settings.Afterwards i found it unplayable even in low settings.May b prblm with game.

Ok!! Well, I bought my Grand Prime on 7-8 January. Everything was working so smoothly. But unfortunately since about 10 days it stop and says like "Facebook isn't responding. Do you want to close it" OR "Process System has stopped working. Do you want to close it. " Moreover, I have the CM Clean Master and Battery Doctor. But still it stops responding. What can I do to resolve the issue. Any one?.. :(

It's a good mid range phone from Samsung...
camera 5 MP front cam is good in HD video recording, wide angle selfies from other phones which i seen but sunny outdoor selfies can't capture the background clearly...
8 MP cam is perfect...
touch screen is good sensible...
but due to lack of photo sensor ( auto brightness mode) we face some difficulties in dealing the phone in sunshine day...
display is not sharp like even lumia 520...
compass okay...
proximity sensor okay...
loud speaker is not clear and loud...

To minimize hangs,use nova launcher and make it default launcher.Also force close touch wiz ui..u'll feel great difference for sure.

I'm using this phone since five months...
Phone is much faster Than other midrange smartphones and lag free. . ...
Due to chipset snapdragon 410, CPU with Cortex A-53 and Adreno 306... but the problems start to come when you install some social apps and other apps they causes the deficiency of free RAM below 100 MB and from here your smartphone starts to hang and lag.
This all is due to its 1 GB RAM. .. to have a good experience with this phone we need to uninstall the useless applications. . And just keep some important apps.
You will have a very good experience with this phone..
