I had the same problem, this phone often laggy.i just didnt know how...first i think 3rd party boosting app,so i delete it..still the same.or maybe 3rd party keyboard..phone get many hang after take pict,use palm control photo, or when my internet connection drops..n then get warm on back case...when i restart its get normal again,so maybe its ram problem...i just dont know

Anonymous, 14 May 2015bought itt a month ago... it doea not wirks swiftly..itt h... moreThe left button is recent app.That not a task manager.If you clear all that.That doesnt mean you clear the ram.You just only kill the recent app.I prefer you download clean master

Can someone please tell me why this phone is heating when surfing net on 3g & wifi .. please help .. is this normal or shall i get it checked ? Thanks

I bought this phone 10 days before. I am in trouble since i purchased this phone. There is a problem. There is no vibration when call connects. I am doing job in public dealing office. I have no time to connect call and keep the phone near ear. Before this during work i made call and kept the phone in hand, when call connect i feel little vibration in my hand which mean your call now connected.
If anybody have the solution please let me know through email hamid@sina.edu.pk or write here.

Grand Prime will not get heat during charging but some Chinese brands will get heat.
