Even my Grand Prime's CPU is up to date than Moto G.

I watch a review on YouTube which showed a lot graphics very dropping on modern kombat 5. But then I downloaded it & restart my phone and I had also deleted many of the apps and run the game online even a vpn was working along it but I noticed that a very few graphics were dropping and it was playable better than the one I watched on YouTube.

You obviously viewed this from Indian point of view and not the whole world generally. Samsung company is way better than motorola. Samsung make other electronic device like tv, refridgerator, washing machine, microwave, airconditioner, including the typical smartphone, smartwatches, tablet, laptop, and computer pc. Working with NASA does not mean anything great. Even if they open Mcdonald in nasa doesn't make that place great. Samsung influence in the world is so huge that they keep getting compared to Apple.
You could say South Korea is the powerhouse of smartphone technology the same way as Japan the powerhouse of robotic technology. Motorola history? I know they make radio for cars back in the old days. Motorola have the highest chances of ending up like Nokia if they don't step up their game and keep playing safe with their smartphone design and software.
Samsung take up Apple formula of being innovative in software and make their own closed platform like the Tizen OS. Stock android does not offer feature like flagship phone. Stock android don't come with fingerprint scanner. The app drawer in stock is not customizable. Stock also don't have customizable notification bar.
Samsung have restart option and multi window to open running apps that absent in stock. Stock android camera does not have much option either when compare to iphone or samsung or any other smartphone. Beside, in my country motorola is terribly unpopular that they don't sell those phone anymore. They losing their touch. There are no more support for motorola phones for us.

They are not just phone makers, this company invented the mobile phone. NASA uses their telecommunication services and if you will look all of the major sectors where reliability is needed like in defence and higher organisations professional products of motorola are used. very basic example is - you will see every walky talky in hands of most of the indian policemen and army guys, which are made by motorola. If the company is so bad then why are these devices used in such high security major sectors.
And about that company selling thing - its a very basic rule bro. Bigger fish eats smaller one. Google which is the android giant was facing some patent issues because they were sued by apple. So as to finish all those skirmishes with apple they needed to have a company that proves all the work done by google is their own. Motorola is one of the Innovators and has a few hundred patents. Google bought it for 12.5 billion $ and just keeping the patents they sold it to another big fish for just 2.5 billion $.
During this transition motorola did 2 things - made most advanced voice command system that is now used in moto x. No other phone from any other brand offers touchless controls till date. And 2nd - the project ara which is going to be launched soon by google (a phone with customisable hardware).
regarding stock version - do you think a company this old is not having its own interface. Moto Blur was the interface that was developed by motorola which gained a good success in europe. And now they use stock because there are terms laid by google itself under which every company has to add up a interface which is self made. And if money was the issue then why doesn't google adds up a better looking interface for its phones, thas because they know what they have developed is fastest possible interface version in android. Only motorola has this permission to use this pure version and that is the main reason of their quick updates as well. So open your eyes and start inquiring thats what I say. Its not stone age, so dont be fooled.
Speaking very friendly check all the comparisons on you tube and you'll know most famous reviewers of the world are using i phones, moto x for personal use and a few of them also own a moto G also. So obviously they are not mad.

No need extra costs to develop the user interface.
