Whenever i open a wifi, the phone hangs and i cannot receive nor call from my cellular network. i must restart the phone again to revert back. Kindly help resolve this issue for me.

I got grand prime two months back it heats up while using internet and also hangs a lot this stupid phone since I had not put in to heavy usage. How to avoid heat and hang up anyone has any solution?

I would like to ask a question because I bought my samsung galaxy grand prime last january 26 2015, then this past few days when I charged my phone at night, its full before I go to bed but when I woke up, I tried to open my phone it's already battery empty. It's so annoying because I didn't even use it and I'll make sure before going to bed to close all the applications.. What should I do any reply pls..I have a very high trust to samsung phones so please don't break my trust pls reply

Me buy this phone 7th Feb.2015. No othe prob. Only sometimes hanging problems.Bettery charge within 12 hrs minimum 2 times. Otherwise okay.

bukhari, 25 Feb 2015is the model samsung sm g-530h 4g compatible?No it isn't 4G-compatible. Whereas, F, FZ and Y Grand Prime models are 4G (LTE) compatible.
