Me buy this phone 7th Feb.2015. No othe prob. Only sometimes hanging problems.Bettery charge within 12 hrs minimum 2 times. Otherwise okay.

That is where we usually position our hand or fingers while playing games or watching videos in horizontal position. That the main reason why I get myself a cover case for the phone. Its not really that loose but just loose enough to make clicking sound. If that not your problem then I don't know.
