Aathira, 31 Jan 2015i brought this phone couple of days ago. so far so good. ha... moremy frnd thaths not a bigissue if you use wifi yur phn automaticly get updates even my xperia m and my sister and even when my frnd and some bdy else use my house wifi or wifi they get same

The thing that enable the phone to read usb is known as OTG(on-the-go) usb capability. Most mid range phone do not have this. It is a hardware and drive inside the phone so do not expect to installed anything from playstore to help you with this. Phone that doesnt come with expandable microsd slot usually have the otg capability.

You don't need to disable anything. Just go to playstore and set the apps auto update to do not update. Its will not update but notification asking for updates will appear occasionally.

These phone is awesome..but one thing how to set default write disk storage either phone are memory..I must play full HD games but the internal storage is insufficient...please help me

i brought this phone couple of days ago. so far so good. havent lagged or have any heating problem. screen is ok, i use it to read ebooks so i dont knw abt video quality.
till yesterday i was really happy i brought grand prime, bt yesterday google play suddenly started updating ALL APPS !!!
ive already choosen No Automatic Updates to every app in my mobile and on play -updates over wifi only, i was on 2g when google play started the updates. so i choose DO NOT UPDATE but it never stopped and finally i had to disable data. thats dosent help either, whenever i turn the data on paly starts updating.
pls pls pls tell me how to stop it. i tried dissabling back ground data for all apps, restarted and everything but its still going on :( i knw its roo long, im sorryyyyyy :( pls help me i really appreciate it........... :(

Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime is a Beast on its Price here in the Philippines. it is 9990 PHP here .. Camera is so Great and battery and performance are also great too .. my Grand prime is 21Day-OLD . it is WORTH it to bought a PHONE like this .. i LOVE THIS PHONE Because of its SPECS .. its Specs is so BALANCE in what you need .. im a 15 yr old and love this phone that fits on what i need and what i want :3 .. So Dont have a second thought on Buying this Phone .. Many Filipinos is Using this phone and they love the Phone's Performance and also the Front Camera because Filipinos Love Taking a Selfie :) .

Loving it.Money utilized on right brand. Camera awesome, Super fast processing and thumbs up for the didplay also. But previously i was iphone user so for me its difficult to understand settings if someone can help me from where i can get info then i will really be thankful to him. The biggest problem for me is that i don't know from where i have to close running apps and when i close it from recently opened apps still it respond slow so i doubt that there is other method to close apps

I like the design of Galaxy Prime but i choose Nokia Lumia 730 for some good reason. :)

I am amazed that the camera have live view photoshop. It can make your skin flawless, elarge your eyes(adjustable size), and slim your face(adjustable). Other flagship phone probably have the same but this is my first mid ranger after a budget phone.

Display very gud
Camera best in its range
Performance wise a little bit lag but u will not find it unless u deeply observe
Call quality is gud
Battery i get easily 1 day as i am a heavy user
Feels solid in my hand
