galaxy grand prime is such a mediocre phone.it signed me out of my email and keep telling me that the server password has been changed,that i should input the new password.what can i do to rectify it?
The phone also hang terribly.it drives me nutts

I bought 2nd hand samsung galaxy grand prime 9/10 condition yesterday...but as i jst reset my cell its demanding previous email i.d for verification....
I ve also tried hard set to reset it but no use...can anyone help me plz
