plz have been trying to upgrade my samsung galaxy grand prime and its taking too long to upgrade. it keeps rebooting and then show blank.. plz help me with solution.

this phone is meant to be used by gorellas not humans
following will explain
1. 8gb not enough
2. freeze like hell
3. becomes hot very fast u can boil water with it

I have faced so many problems with my Samsung galaxy grand prime... firstly it displays ads and download them immediately.. secondly it get hot in few minutes of operating

I have faced this troubleshoots with my samsung galaxy grand prime.
1. Performs slowly
2. Freezes
3. Turns off or unexpectedly restarts
4. Displays error messages
5. Is unable to install or update applications
There is enough space in my phone memory but still i face freezing problem....How to overcome this problem? Plz help...

Yesterday I updated my grand prime to lollipop 5.0.2 and its just awesome. All my problems are solved.

8 gig memory, not enough. The apps will not transfer to the SD card. Other than that, had it a year good phone.
