This phone is not goood .... Snapdragon 415 is weak cpu and weak andreno 306 gpu for gaming.......andreno 305 is lot better than 306 .... Many chines company company better abd chapper than samsung grand ......

It has a short battery life span.. is it? Im experiencing it now. 3 day brandnew phone. And im planning to return this to the store for check up

I purchased the 2 months ago and I noticed that, performance is good, but the following are the major defects in the handset, due to which one may not be interested to purchase;
1) If you play a simple game or watch video, for 10 to 15 minutes, the phone gets heat tremendously and in this winter seasons, if you have this phone, one don’t need a heater.
2) If you switch on the phone, you will be having 400 MB and odd free ram available, but within a period of 2 or 3 days, the available ram will 50 MB and less, even if you use the phone for calls and SMS, compelling one to restart the device, else there will numerous lags, whereby, you will not even able to make a call.
3) There is no task Killer.
4) One can’t synchronise the data, with Samsung Account. The irony is that, it being a Samsung Phone, the Samsung account is not supported.
5) No HD screen, light sensor and apart from that many more option which use to be available in Samsung Jelly Bean Phone’s are missing.
The biggest defect is of RAM consuming in short span, by unknown application, and in view of absence of inbuilt task killer, you can’t increase the ram by killing the unwarranted apps and due to this defect, one may not purchase this Device.
Samsung should take necessary initiatives for solving the Defects of RAM consumption.

im using grand prime just a week, i wonder why this people are posting fake comments. Phone can be just described in one word "Awsome". Frnds just blindly go for it, else no otg support. .

guys i need help. i use this phone for almost 10 days at the moment. i really satisfied with the phone. for the first 3 weeks this phone is in the samsung center for some motherboard problem. they already fixed it.
current problem is why when i touch the backward key or even the home button there wasnt any light eluminated from the back key or button. is it normal.
if it is normal then it will be ok but if you touch the backward key and light suppose to come then i have to send back the phone to get it fixed.
kindly help me you guys

i bought one yesterday G530H dual sim, from extrastore in riyadh and i didn't know it's sim-locked for use in selected arab countries only. it's working fine for saudi sim, but when i tried to insert a 2nd philippine simcard, its asking for network unlock pin, meaning its not open line to all networks. also, all the camera selfie modes are not there in camera settings. i guess, they disabled it for selling in this part of the globe. this is the first time i bought a mobile here in KSA that is network locked to certain networks only. usually all phones here are open line ever since the beginning.

This set is not good for regular users as it is much hang. i bought this and after 10 days use i sold it because of hange problem. Beside this set Huawei Honor 3C lite is much more better.
