ive read the full specs of grand prime, why is it only HSPA was written in speed under DATA? is it slow?

Which is better?I'm in iraq and I'm Using Galaxy grand prime Now ... with This price 190$ it's an amazing phone 4.4.4 kitkat and I'm waiting for Lolipop room Update
Also The Front 5MP Camera is Really Fantastic to take Selfies and The Rear 8MP Camera is very Acceptable for me.
The Processor 1.2 Quad-Ghz is Real and good ...
I mean Grand Prime is a great Phone Based to it's Cheap Price :)
