I went from a Samsung Galaxy Core LTE to a Samsung Galaxy Prime. Best decision I could make! Honestly, I love the phone. The appearance is so much nicer, less bulky, I love the resolution. I don't find an issue with the spacing like other people on here because I use an SD card which makes life more easier for me :D
I have noticed the front camera is a little finicky at times but its nothing I personally can't deal with.
I'd personally choose Samsung over Apple ANY DAY! (that is, for phones :P )

It seems like this phone is getting more bad reviews than good. I, myself do not like this phone. It over heats while charging, is not compatiable with Apps that are dire for using a Samsung phone. I have had this phone for less the two weeks and I am already dissapointed with how the system is running. It may say 1 GB ram but that means after all the Main Booting apps are loaded. This phone is incapable of playing music with out the help of a Google app. Major Dislike.

Eh, it's good for basic phone functions that's it. It has like 2GB memry usable so forget having a lot of games on here... Back camera is ok, front camera is absolute crap so selfies aren't an option. After 8 months of use I'm switching to iPhone... This phone lags... hard. Apps freeze, crash, stop... The only thing that amazes me is how durable it is.

I am using this phone for about 1 year and within warranty it was asked to reset 3 times by the customer care.
Even after having enough of storage of about 1.5 gb it shows internal full.
Mobile gets off when batter reaches 25%.
Takes a hell lot of time to charge.
Cannot type fast.
Hangs a lot,even after restarting it doesn't work.some times it got hanged as such the battery has to be removed but after starting again it hangs continously.
Worst phone do not buy it not even 2nd hand

This phone is pretty good. I wish there was more internal memory to install more apps. Other than that, this is a great phone.

Dear, i am using this phone since sep 2015. now its not charging. and its showing the only option factory reset option.showing some samsung galaxy form pages.to fill it up. it has 1 gb ram but still its stop working when i was trying to open more than 1 app. it's a worst phone.still it has good camera. even some one from service center from samsung store told to buy a new phone, but don't repair this worst phone. don't know what to do? any suggestions?

After 6 months of using samsung grand prime i encouter like unable to connect sim card..whats going on? I can't even received a call and i cannot connect to the internet..its make me cazy..any encounter like this? I reset and i remove already my sim and put it back but still the same...

worst phone on earth. Memory shows 8gb but after 4gb you can't use phone.

After 10 months my phone hang a lot and switch off automatically causing a lot of problems .
Samsung should change its name to Hangsung
And it's service was not proper
