i would like to ask how to clean RAM otherwise phone is very nice as compare to all past samsung's smartphone it is smooth no lags no hangs while opening the gallery and phone option but if u're looking for smartphone under 15k i will suggest u all micromax a300 its awesome phone just tell me 2 things guys
our grand prime will update by android 5.0 L ?
will prime support otg cable?

But in my opinion you should also consider Nokia Lumia 730 which is also of the same price range and similar features. My fiancé just bought one and its quite amazing. The built quality is amazing. The inbuilt camera app is outstanding. It has an amoled screen which is quite superior to tft lcd which samsung is using in grand prime. The resolution is again higher in lumia 730 compared to grand prime. Don't let the difference of os let you get something not worth the money. Nokia Lumia 730 is a value for money. Check out its specs on gsm arena.

when i receive SMS or chat messages, the phone is vibrating. i already explored the sound setting but i can't find the option from which to remove the vibration. how will i remove it?

Moto g has a stock android interface which is very clean and easy to use. Also updates of android version are sure to come on moto g so its obviously a better choice.

Im using prime for 2 days. 1 thing i notice is when you hold you screen after scrolling. The screen will not be stable. Its like shaking the screen a bit. Someone experience this? Like its grounded or what. Any solutions?
