Grand prime is not upgradeable to Abdroid L as of now. Lumia 730 is not upgradeable to Windows 10 either.

Frnd today I go Samsung priority and check grand prime price is 14900 and I check the camera guyzzz I don't belive this camera is awesome really both camera superb.... But many people says its bad....but in my opinion Samsung grand prime is excellent mobile in 14900₹

[deleted post]wp8 lvr u r big troller if you like window phone please leave this page and troll in lumia dont compare window phones with android and galaxy prime is mid range phone samsung cant provide gorilla glass protection in any mid range phone and tft is better than ips amoled....many times phone falls but tft cant break easily and one more thing dont use bad language and dont act smart

Akki, 20 Oct 2014please suggest me since last one month i m totally confuse ... moredefinitely go for lumia 730... why???
1- 730 has OLED 720*1280 hd screen with 316ppi(higher ppi means rich screen). all this lacks in grand prime.
2- 730 has gorilla glass 3 protection which is not available in grand prime.
3- lumia 730 has NFC which lacks in grand prime.
4- 730 has Nokia's clearblack polarization on screen for best sunlight reliability.
5- 730 has 128gb sd card support.
6- all knows android gets slow down n lags after usage of 2-3 months but WP os never lags even after two years.
7- about camera quality. all knows Nokia is on top in smartphones camera innovation n quality. no one compete with Nokia in camera department.
8- about processors... 730 has SD400 cortex A7 n grand prime has SD410 cortex A63..
sd400= 32bit
sd410= 64bit
android kitkat 4.4.× not supports 64bit architecture. upcoming android 5.0 lollipop supports 64bit which update not coming to grand prime... so sd410 is useless here..
9- in benchmark there is no huge performance difference in sd400 n sd410..
10- if you r a hardcore gamer then don't buy grand prime.. because prime lags n hangs durig big HD games like asphalt 8... because of ram hungry nature of android.
11- WP Core architecture is different than android so,
WP 1gb ram= android 1.5-2gb ram.
so WP os handles big hd games perfectly without any lag even on low ram.
12- in design n build quality nokia's polycarbonate material gives tough build n premium look than samsung cheap low quality plastic.
13- this time microsoft even keeps 730 price less than grand prime..
14- about battery WP8.1 os is 30% more efficient than android.
final choice is yours...
n android lovers who don't know anything about WP os don't argue on baseless things...

I brought this mobile this Sunday feel great and camera quality is good but when compared to my friend Nokia Lumia 730 I feel my phone is having too many cons like
1. No gorilla glass
2. No hd screen
3.ppi is very bad in compare to Lumia 730
4. Look is also not great in compare to Lumia 730
5. Front camera is same in MP but the Samsung quality is not comparable to Nokia Lumia and even having 8 MP rear camera Nokia's 6.7 MP carl zesis is far better even better than s3

If you have lot of money to waste, go ahead. I'm satisfied with my grand prime and do not need to look for anything else.

Please anyone tell me the advantage and the disadvantage of grand prime. I think it is good. But in past I used samsung core, core 2 and galaxy grand. But the performence was not good at all. So I lost trust on samsung. Its not my fault. Its samsung's fault.

Samsung prime is good but has got heating problem. Battery also not that good. Drains out quickly when u use the phone. Other wise Camera's are good and applications and ram is good. Speaker is low another big draw back. If you keep sound loud crackling sound in speaker can be heard.
Should have been cheaper-not a 15k buy. I'm using since 1 week and its not upto the mark as I thought it would be, sob

Great screen size, great look , big name Samsung quality and resell value, regular software updates, two great cameras for a reasonnable price...what more do you want ??? Love my Grand Prime.

samsung is been history now it doing the same thing which sony did now people are clever they are know everything first the screen tft i hate this word means older bald and third class second resulution a good phone all depands on these two fector which are missing
