Absolute rubbish phone, absolutely terrible. Very old software and can't download latest games. Bought this month (April), very slow phone with rubbish camera and battery life. Everything about this phone is disappointing. Except for its price, which is really low. I can understand why it's quite cheap because this phone barely compares with the latest phones of today.

When I open camera there were an error that media file is not ready. Restart your camera

I just purchased my new Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime last month. Replaced my Samsung Note 2. I put my SD card in to my new phone and it has 39 gigs available. Why is it that this phone will not allow my photos to be downloaded automatically to my SD card and says not enough storage available? I have researched and spoken with a Samsung rep and this issue is not being resolved. Aside from the memory and storage issue for the price this phone is quite good. If you have a solution to my problem it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

This phone is a big disappointment. Lags and freezes all the time. I regret for buying this phone. Total waste of money.

I don't like that I can't block someone from texting me I can put them in auto reject for calling but not texting I don't like that

I had this phone for 3 days and it may not be a long time, but it worked perfectly. I love how the phone is something in between an expensive s7 but a far better upgrade compared to the s4. The only reason I didn't like the phone was because it was too big for me and I have small hands. Also because it wouldn't fit in my jean pockets. (Yes I know it might not be a valid point because women's jeans pockets are super small) Overall, I would recommend this phone to anyone.

Auto correct is so annoying. I spell it correctly and it changes my text to some off the wall bs. Can we eliminate that. Auto-incorrect annoys the hell out of me.

I got this phone off Amazon had it for a day it came with a European charger with an American adaptor which is fine but it is so slow downloading and sending messages. If i Google somethingsomething it takes forever to navigate. Is this normal or is it just not made for the U.S.?
