Forcing your phone to 3G mode never do any good if the place you are at have no reception. It leads to disconnecting network and system crash. Thus, the UI stop working from overload of processing.

pompom, 13 Mar 2016My internal storage is full but won't switch to my external... moreYou cannot switch to external storage. You can only transfer file to external storage through the File Manager. Long press and choose 'Move'. Or transfer pictures and video to sd card through gallery.

pompom, 13 Mar 2016My internal storage is full but won't switch to my external... moreI have been using Grand prime since last one year i had no issue with phone it doent have 4g so far, but after few month of buying the phone Samsung launch new Grand prime with 4g at very cheaper rate .

If you want to move app to SD card then you can download app like movetosd or else you can go to setting ----> Under Device menu you will get option "Application Manager" all app will be shown in the list just click and then option " move to sd card.

im a bit dissapointed, because my Samsung galaxy grand prime keeps disconnecting/reconecting my bluetooth headset, which makes it unusable, no problems with nokia lumi 520 with that ..... i have lollipop android on it, and i cant find the solution to that annoying problem, + wifi / data keeps disconnecting ,which u notice if u play games... Crap of a phone that had good potential tko. so now instead of this phone im usuing old nokia lumia, gj Samsung

I have two questions;
1. Why does this phone keep saying "unfortunately system UI has stopped"? Also ever since I started using dual sim my network drops a lot.
2. Will the phone lag if I use an external memory bigger than 16GB?

For hanging problem i found one solution is do not download lots of apps live or free internal memory atlest 2 gb.than lets try.its work very smoothly.mine work now very good.i love it.

I've been using this phone since november 2015, it worked perfectly for over a month and then suddenly started having problems with network. When i turn on mobile data no one can reach me, messages don't arrive(for example, if someone texts me now, message arrives an hour later). I spoke with my network operators and they told me to do factory reset and if my phone doesn't start working normally i'll have to take it to the service. So, i did it today and nothing happened, still have the same problem, all this time i was blaming my network service and it turns out Samsung is the one to blame. If anyone has this problem and knows how to fix it, please let me know. :)
