I'm having problems with apps opening wrong. Its constantly launching the play store whenever I launch an app or even internet. Is there a fix for this.

Dont buy this phone.it hangs it heats up.mic volume of no use. Speaker is poor. I always have to use hands free while talking on phone so that i can hear from other side n other side can hear my voice.
Very disappointed of samsung

SM G530H is getting hang whenever a mobile data is on.The mobile will automatically switch off and restarted only after 15-20 minutes

Using grand prime 3 g since last 11 months..hanging-accepted heating -accepted..Bt wat i cant accept is its vibration is gone..good i trusted in samsung hardware and now it z also gone

I bought this phone many issues appear in my phone 1st hanging 2nd heating 3rd 3g and 4g not working and big issue is the imel number not valid.

DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE - Too much HANGING.
I also experienced super poor GPS locating and poor signal reception in urban areas. Battery is poor. Display is poor. Battery life is poor. The loudspeaker is super poor. Cameras are decent. Performance is decent until it freezes and ruins everything. Complete failure from Samsung. Totaly disappointed. NOT WORTHY! :(

Galaxy grand prime is very slow and laggy, to a level that it is impossible to use. I bought a moto at the same price, with the same hardware spec and the moto is much more responsive.
The speaker volume is also very low, I miss a lot of calls and can barely listen to anything if there is background noise. I wonder how Samsung approved this phone to be released to public. I lost all trust in Samsung after this buy.
And BTW, there is no update OTA, so I downloaded the image for Andoird 5 from the internet, and installed it. Still no improvement, it is the same laggy slow and low volume phone. What a waste...

I thought the Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime would be a good phone, it drops calls all the time. Everything else is fine. Is there a "update" to fix this annoying problem.
