Do not fall asleep with the switch off.Time is 5 seconds but after 10 minutes, the lock does not fall

I'm also having the same problem with space on the samsung galaxy prime plus. Apparently it has a manufacturing defect. I'm so dissatisfied with this phone.its 3 weeks old..took it to the store I purchased it from they don't want to give me my money back.

Probably the worst Samsung's phone in the last three years, the storage is just one of its problems, a really bad screen quality, regular cameras and a horrible desing, even for 2016. There are better options for the same price.

its a good phone for normal use but low internal storage is bothering and buying a sd card is necessary.
i installed lots of heavy and high quality games like asphalt8 and they had been run well on this device.
the camera is good for this price and front led flash is so useful and makes photos better at night.

Whoever supporting this device is a complete looser , a normal and experienced android user would never buy this phone without comparing its spec online...
Samsung is maximum irritating its users by manufacturing this useless grand prime series.samsung has a large role in carbon footprint..
So guys avoid this brand's lower and midrage phones and buy the best in your budget
