becaus... moreyou can use any memory card(upto 256GB)...this device supports most of the memory cards.
-may be the card you use is damaged or inserted incorrectly...or the slot may be complaint
-use a class 10 memory card for increased performance

#Rooting the device : jst try rooting and uninstall bloatwares and unwanted samsung apps
#insert memorycard(upto 256GB) and move all your media files to it as well as switch the camera location to the memory card
#if u r using secure folder uninstall it (restore the files in it)
These r the possible way to get a bit more space...
My opinion is to sell this device/exchange it via Amazon and buy a device in EMI

I would never recommend anyone to buy Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime + because i could just no get my whatsapp msg. Iost everything becoz there was no space at all. Just cannot view any images or any videos. Unable to download any apps, I can just received or send messages to all.

I have never seen a phone that is so determined to crush your spirit like the grand prime plus. Its like it was intentionally designed to block every attempt you try to find storage. Nothing works!!! I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy that rubbish

l just bought one... but am unable to access it, when l start it there is a message saying An authorised attempt has been made to reset your device to factory default settings, connect WiFi to verify your ldentity...... as if somebody was using it.
how do l handle this?

#poor rear and front camera...(Wtf is great with front flash?)
#animations makes the phone slow in switching apps
#annoying bloatwares
#no gorilla glass or anything
#no fast charging
Pros:
#good sound and sound quality
#brightness of display is good tho
#in built video editor,security and secure folder
I wont recommend this phone to anyone....Get realme, or redmi or J6 with a bit more budget and avoid this crap.

its very nice phone. bettry, display and camra quality it good and no memory issue I have installled about 15 aaps and games of my use and still i have 1.8 gb free memory

well the phone is quiet good ,the display is good ..but the memory issue is the only factor that is painting its image black!!..
