Why pay 130E for a mali 400 and a 32bit 1.3ghz cpu while you can get a huaweii y5ii or y3ii which have mali720 (bit better), 64bit cpu, 720/1080p camera as well etc?
Samsung should lower its price by a lot..

I think that is virus infected, accdg. to your diagnosis. better scan with updated antivirus in your phone.
