I've been using j1 2016 for nearly a year now. On my first software update my calculator stopped working . now there's a new software update. should I update it or not?

I used J120F and it has LTE connection. i think the LTE connection is based on the version of the phone. :) Mine is superb specially the connection mobile data or wifi.

I like this phone...i'm using Samsung Galaxy j1 2016 j120H...it is very smooth phone but i have a problem with my data connection...it has no lte and hard to connect with h+ connection...

Please tell me , I have Samsung Galaxy J1 2016 . It stops application I start after some or at some particular action , It does not enables 3g , It doesnot installs internet settings of a sim , and changes mac address when I turn off wifi . Please help me someone. Will be very thankful...............

GG, 10 Jun 2017My Samsung Galaxy J1 2016 has H+ signal only and not LTE ev... moreBecause the only Galaxy J1 (2016) capable with LTE is J120A and J120F. I guess your unit is J120H or J120M.

For me, this is phone is one of best that I ever used. Very smooth, Theres no lags, Very speed when it comes on browsing, very good display, battery last long. The only thing that I didn't like with this phone, it no has LTE :/ I researched it. It say its capable with LTE but it dont have LTE. But overall this phone is great! I'll buy this unit again.

DOctorMob1, 23 Jun 2017Guys from the Smart Manager app I turned on the know protec... moreIv had that happen to a few different sansungs now.. take battery out and put back in so phone is completely off, hold volume up button and then hit the power botton(keep holding volume til u see either a green robot guy loading or a setup screen right away).. then hit factory reset.. and ur phone will work again.. u obvioisly lose anything u had saved in ur phonethat wasnt synced through ur google account.. hope this helps u

Guys from the Smart Manager app I turned on the know protection and it requested to give a restart and I proceeded but the phone is not turning on its in the starting page(that page with the Samsung Logo)
What to do?
