You should install Samsung Kies in your pc and then try to connect via data cable, if this isnt working then install,Samsung Kies in your pc,and mobile,too.

The phone overall is really good but only if it is used as a secondary phone or if its for a teenager (beginner/1st phone). The storage and RAM is what really lets the phone down. Apart from that the camera is really good, as well as the screen which in full brightness works brilliantly in outdoor conditions. Feel of the phone has a very plastic feel to it. Battery is really good. Got 2 days with full use (Calls, Messages, Whatsapp and BBM).
