I bought this phone J1 Mini Prime) a couple of weeks back. Every time I receive a call it places the other caller on hold. I have reported this matter to Vodacom but they insist that it is not the sim card that is faulty but the phone instruments. What can be the cause of this?

jawortskie, 06 Sep 2018how if the baterry percentage was on 50% and then it comes ... moreremove the battery and check if the battery terminal is clean and have no sign of pitting & scratch, if you saw a sign of discoloration, pitting or scratch on the battery terminal then you found the cause of shutdown. I have same problem as well.

how if the baterry percentage was on 50% and then it comes to turn off by it self, what should ill do? what is the problem on that case?is there a solution for that? this phone was 1 month old
