AnonD-468712, 01 Dec 2015Well satisfied with this product & features...But takin... morePress and hold the Home button and Power button simultaneously for a few seconds until you hear a clicking sound. It may not work the first time you try it so you need to retries if it still doesn't work then your smartphone is not capable of screen capture, if it work then you can find it saved in your files folder for images. Good luck.

Lokesh, 29 Nov 2015j2 is better then on j5 Both phone extremely good only matter for price u r no money matter then purchase on j5 bcuz camera is very good ram battery also better when u r not invest u money so be j2 is better

A great phone at a good price .but it takes around 3 hours to charge the battery and also battery back up is just satisfactory....and the network issue is that some times you see EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY...and no network is available on your phone hence you need to restart your phone...

Actually there is no problem with the network itself , maybe your SIM Card is not compatible. coz mine is working well the only problem i have it about the speaker it's so very low volume :(

I have just bough my j2.......its been a week my mob had a display problem.....was best in the beginning.......but now the display is going blackout

It's Chipset is Exynos 3475 which is fastest.
