I think there is a workaround for network issue. Its working as of now for me.
In "network mode" under "mobile networks" settings, try changing options continuously one by one from top to bottom and repeat the same procedure for five times in faster way. Sometimes you cannot select option and just wait for it and continue. Ensure at the end that you have selected the first option. And finally shutdown your device and power on it. Hope this solves. Please provide feedback and it may help others too.

I bought this phone a week ago. It was all working great until 2 days ago. Now i cannot answer calls. I can swipe the green button towards center, but still the phone keeps on ringing. Tried restarting still doesn't help. May be i should be asking them to replace it or if anyone knows how to fix it.

I bought this samsung galaxy j2 yesterday. The battery was very weak n it going less very fast.. 30 minutes for 10%. Help me.. what can i do. Huaaaa

I also daced network problem. It shows emergency calls many of the time.. i dont know why?

Nice phone but, allover it is not good compared to another phones in this range.battery capacity is not so good, power saving mode is not make any difference in battery life ...
Sometime phone has a network problem .....it is a big problem of this phone
Camara picture quality was good ..but I wants more efficient camara...5mp is not enough in now a days...
Thus alover phone is good ..any one suggest me any solution about network problen???!!!!

Guys it's really awesomephone.... i have purchased it for its size... it supports OTG.. WI-FI DIRECT..DUAL SIM... and it fulfils all my requirements... slim and easy to grip.. YouTube and web browsing is smooth as silk.. in Pakistan international version j200h is available and it has no network problem... sound quality voice clarity is nice...
Slim to grip perfectly... battery is nodoubt runs a day with moderate use...
Perfect fone fordaily use but not games
