my gf just bought this unit in our local samsung authorized dealer here in digor, philippines last october 31. The problem that she encountered is that it will heat even when not in use and the battery drains so fast even she seldoms txting, it is possible that she got a unit with a factory defect? thanks for helping.

This phone is a @#$%. Period. Been having network problem since day 1. I was careless to buy a phone without checking reviews before buying it. Hope they will solve this issue very soon.My old Samsung smartphone is even better when it comes to network connection.I'm a Samsung user since then, but J2 is an epic fail.

It is 100% true samsung j2 has network problem. And samsung is careless about this..

All users please note down. I went to samsung service centre for network issue. They people kept my mobile and giving back me after two hours and assured me that in future network issue will not come.
But surprisingly infront of them at that movement the problem comes and i got shocked. Then they told me they can not do much about for network issue because this device is absolutely ok and network problem is to be solved by only future update.
I really got shocked if samsung service centre not able to solve this issue then who will solve it??????

Its a great little ph... moreHii...there i am using the galaxy j2 since last month its price is butgetable but its battery backup is super cool good and its front camera and rear camera its just too awesome but there is no network problem that i am using airtel 4G....the device is pretty good for me...!!!!!!!!

From the very beginning I had network problem and I solved it with a sticker. Same SIM I have used in iPhone without any problem but J5 has a network issue. I just shared my experience. No argue. Today Morning i bought this mobile from Universal. I didn't face any network issues.

Awesome, Really its good.i like very much. also i am suggesting my friends to buy it.
