I purchased J2 last few days ago. it has some network issue but after updating 65 MB software, I don't face any network issue yet.

FRIENDS DONT BUY THIS WORREST PHONE. I am using samsung j2 from last 20 days the major complant is network problem. Some times it is showing NO SERVICE and some times EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY pls help somebody how to resolve it.

J2 is bad, after 2 days network problem, i return it to samsung Gallary, And got new j2. after 2 days same problem in second piece. Then i submit to samsung gallary. but 10 days gone mobile not come i have upset what can i do? Network problem mean, network bar shows but call not connect, not registered no network and emergency calls only display in screen. its not fake its really

sometime when i unlock screen , there is written "no network" but within few milli seconds it shows full network.i think there is a little issue, but not a major one.however overall network coverage is very quick and good.

In low budget xiaomi Redmi 2 prime also best

I buy samsung galaxy core prime.this phone are same network problem&this phone hair speker vary low quality.so samsung phone are very bad.....

Yes, J2 has got serious network problem. I have been using this phone for the past 1 week and the network issue has not been resolved even after the latest firmware update.

serious network problem. Dont buy. I brought it because of some comments said that firware upgrade has solved the problem. I fell for it and brought the phone. I AM FACING THE NETWORK PROBLEM WITH THE FIRMWARE VERSION MENTIONED BELOW. I had to switch to my old phone as this peace of crap is full of shi**y network problem. Waste of time, money and over that get frustrated that every thing in the phone is pretty good, you cannot make one thing, a phone call . Thats it ..

I still have the problem with the version you mentioned. Please stop misleading people.
Waste of money and time. People dont fall for the display. You simply cant use this shitty phone because of one small problem,network problem. This phone is very good in all departments except that you cant make a call or recieve a call .

i have the same version. It has the problem. Please dont buy. I became an idiot and brought this shitty phone. Even after software update ( i checked the firmware version. its the one he has mentioned) still network problem is horribly there . Waste of hard earned money. Decided never to buy samsung products. Its worse than any startups. I want to throw it on there face. simply waste of money and time
