It is the successor of Core Prime, so probably same price around 130 $. Will be a great sucess with good screen super Amoled 4.7" and good cameras. Best Samsung budget phone.

i think this is SAMSUNG 1st set wit super AMOLED screen,android LOLLIPOP & supports 4G network,also at a great price.As heard, with OTG support too.WORTH a GRABBB...this wat competition does to the market improves a product at a lesser price.SAMSUNG quality is worth a trust too.

Nevertheless, INR 2500 is the price difference between the two. You will get bigger battery and higher resolution cameras in Grand Prime 4G by paying 11,000 or so. But my requirements are fulfilled with J2. I do not need to spend extra 2500.I can get a camera of Cannon/Nikon/Sony if needed.

The bezels are huge! The phone is wide as a 5-incher... No thanks.

Samsung galaxy grand prime 4g is far better than this with 8 MP rear and 5 MP front camera with 2600 mAh battery,but price is just 2000₹ more than this...
