Well been using it for almost a year i believe..so far the problems and trouble i have had is battery drains fast and poor signal heating up wifi off and on by itself..after so many updates the same problems occur..fraud updates

Whenever I try to turn on Knox Active Protection on my galaxy j2 the phone is stuck on samsung logo or bootload. Does anyone have the same problem?

using j2 cell phone since four month back and facing my phone slowering even though kept enough space and one of the disadvantages of this phone is minimising the battery quickely without operating and taking time to fully charged

My shows sometimes camera failed and due to this video also not rotates. My phone retailer told he has changed the motherboard then also it is showing camera failed. Please help

Not good in case of 2g network. Other phones work well bu Samsung Galaxy J2 15 is not working fine. I have already updated firmware.

Roy, 26 Mar 2017Thanks for reply. I thought this is my device problem. bu... moreBut mine has improved battery life it drains onlu i use 4g network continously.good stand-by time.the only problem is it hangs when charge is about 20% and i have to remove the battery and restart again to 0%.
