I have a J2(Gulf purchase) Before soft ware updation i see the LTE service, but after update i couldn't Connect LTE, and there is no option for LTE

Cnt change sim INTERNATIONAL SIM, that is only problm in this phone. Really Very SLIM handset,

SO DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED. Was told at time of purchase that this phone was unlocked. As we spend 6 months in USA and 6 months in Canada, we would only need to change the SIM card from country to country. NO SO This phone locks the minute you cross the border. Spent three days of 4 hours of being transferred again and again. Today, someone finally said that yes it locks. That still does not solve the problem. So my final comment on this product is a BIG THUMBS DOWN!!!

SIX times in first 10 months phone returned to samsung with Internet problems. They replaced mother board but problem reocurred, they gave agreed to replace phone, BUT that was 6 weeks ago. I actually like this phone but will never buy Samsung again, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUBBISH. I am now forced to buy a new phone, as my friend who kindly loaned me a phone is moving and wants the phone back.

Just 3 days ago i bought J2 but Very disappointed Over WiFi & 4G Connection are not Connecting Properly and automatically disconnecting once Connect. Very worst Phone i have ever seen in Samsung brand. Still Using Only 3G Connection.
