For everyone who are having issues with this phone. I updated it with 350 mb files and it works like magic! I am planning to throw this phone and buy a new one. I have a Z3 mini and it is faster than my Z3 mini after updating it!

I had updated my j2 on 1-5-16,it was around 250 mb or some thing its good bike mode but now when i put on the data its battery drains fast. does any one have same problem what is its solution.

Samsung's ui is ... moreyeah me too cause chinese phone has good specs but performs bad not like the samsung it is trusted brand and their phone has high expectations that it will performs well and in chinese phone you have no guarantee that it will perform very well.

Also, the screens are low quality and will get yellow tinting after heavy use. Also, they NEVER update Android so you are stuck with whatever version comes on the phone. Finally, I would not trust or buy and of the Chinese phones no matter how good the price/specs are.

i need help I turned off my phone and I restarted it and it showed the was a virus so I clean it up but when it turned onn I had to put my email which I forgot now I cant use it it doesn't go to the next screen please help what should I do

I am having problem with the phone for past months after updating it last night everything were fixed! It works so nice now even the connection are working well!
