After the system update, the mobile hotspot is acting weirdly. It would shut itself automatically while the other devices are connected.

After the latest update (376 MB) Samsung Galaxy j2 2016 is acting differently. WiFi Hotspot is turning off by itself after a few minutes. I complained in Samsung Customer Care for more than 4 times. I tried all possible ways. Now am really helpless. If anyone finds a way to rectify, do share it here. Thanks

I am also face the same problem of hotspot. But i find its solution you have to change your hotspot settings of timeout you have to select never sleep

those have problems with hotspot.set timeout to never and in advanced options set broadcast channel to 1

This is the worst phone possible, a total waste of money,it has only 8 GB memory out of which hardly any is available because everything is taken by Microsoft apps which comes with the phone and cannot be uninstalled , so not able to install any of the other apps...its really waste for the money.....dont buy this phone
