jerry, 10 Oct 2016It takes long time to crz....more dn 5 hours to take ful crz maybe you get faulty piece or something wrong in your device.get your device checked at samsung service centre.they will surely help you and if it is faulty piece.they will replace it.mine get roughly 3 hours for full charge from 0% to 100%

Safayet, 06 Oct 2016This phone has two major issues first camera cannot take 10... moreIt's too much to expect more in this prize range. If you want better then you have to go higher. According to the prize range this J2(6) has everything perfect. Though the memory shortage sucks.

live chat with samsung or send email that they give adoptable storage feature in its next update.so we can use memory card as internal storage !

This phone has two major issues first camera cannot take 1080p video it can take only 720p video. second internal storage available 50% & ram available 50%, overall other feature is better.

Bought it on october 1. And till now still working fine. For a samsung phone at this price range I should say its a good one. No heating problem, battery is good.. If you want a samsung phone at price lower than 10k the go for it :)
