Just press hold one logs number for a brief time until a small box type will appear, you select by ticking in the box or select all by pressing all at the top box. After that press MORE you will find DELETE press it all calls logs empty. Other options are also can be used.

I preferred removable battery phone, I have no problem with my j2, can play games and other stuff at the same time with no lags.

sunny, 12 Jul 2017hello friend's i want to buy a smartphone between in this t... moreI think you should buy lenovo k5 plus if you dont care about brand and want better multitasking because of extra 1.5 gb ram and better processor snapdragon 616 and also it have almost all sensors.but after sales service and camera quality maybe a concern.its upto you what you are going to do with your phone.i suggest you to watch some youtube reviews before purchasing !!

This is low budget p... moreI am not fully agree with your satements about this phone.
1.it have good internet speed
2.it have not low storage problem.i installed many apps still it not giving me low storage warning and you can move apps to sd card too.
3.its battery take roughly 3 hours to charge not 5 hours
I think you got faulty piece or dont know how to use this phone.get it checked or ask for replacement !!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PARTICULAR MODEL.
This is low budget phone and just like it it's features are also low budget. Samsung making fool of customer by campaigning features like #TFT which is just scrap. It comes with spreadtrum sc8830 which is not comes with attached LTE chip , even a low budget phones of mi uses better processor than this one. Poor storage capacity. Poor internet speed because of slow processor. It takes almost five hours to charge battery completely. However camera is satisying for this price range still mi offers better camera quality.

So here is a simple, but long review.
I have been using this phone for almost 7 months and i bought it for 9500 rupees.
So when it comes to hardware and software it has a lot of pros and a slightly decent amount of cons.
It is very good at multitasking. Switching from app to app is very easy and smooth. I have never felt lag that much.
The camera is okay-okay for me, it is certainly not the best considering the phones that are released nowadays. It is good for shots during the day,but at night to be honest it is disappointing.
It has never let me down in terms of battery.
If you are not a heavy user that is if you are not on the phone 24/7 then this is a good phone considering it features as well as price range. It's battery depends upon how you define your normal use. For me it lasts almost a day. If you are a heavy user like constantly on social media,watching youtube videos and such it will last 8-10 hours.
Then the other little things that bothered me were the placement of the headphone jack on the top side. When inserting the headphone its wires can block your screen but it is okay.
Then the most important flaw is the memory. The system takes almost 3 GB out of 8GB.In built apps and their updates are really annoying. Samsung has to really improve when it comes to in built apps since they take most of your space and after installing the basic stuff you need and also including some media you are left with almost 2.5 GB,in my case. So in terms of memory it has let me down a bit. But there is also an option for memory card, which brings me to it's next flaw; the slots that is allowed. It has only 2 slots and one slot serves dual purpose that is it supports SD card as well as SIM card. For a person like me who possess dual sim cards i will have to choose either the SD card or the SIM card.So i chose SIM, which limits my storage. If you have another device for transferring your media like photos and videos or if you do not store much stuff this phone is a decent choice.
So it is a decent phone all in all.
Having said all this, i have accepted it's limitations and am using it to it's fullest potential.

Plese delete external app for battery usage..and if your mobile is showing message not app, so it's battery to replace battery. ..

Battery life is really good.
Normal apps lags ie messenger (there is laggy transition between messages) and the network data exchange is not continuous. Although it gets the job done, there is not much satisfaction if you are a nit picker like I am.
And none of the heavier games just out of the capabilities of this phone.
I tried sticking around with this but gave up and bought a redmi note 4X instead.
I guess the Spreadtrum Processor is REALLY bad.
