This phone has a removeable battery and is a real Dual SIM phone unlike the J3 (2016) dual sim (which is crippled, as not a true Dual SIM). As the SIM 2 is shared with memory card.
Hopefully they will release this phone worldwide including Europe.
My old phones have a notification light, when I received a text message. Great if you miss a call or message in a noisy environment.
When it comes to small phones (with DUAL SIM) the choices are limited.

This phone should be well optimized and have fantastic battery life similar to my LG G3 Beat and Lumia 640 . At least 10-11 hrs each for video and web. Bare minimum over 70h endurance rating for this site.
In the Philippines, I expect a 7-8K PHP price but who knows? I hope this J2 becomes an AT&T Go Phone and cost about less than $100 when I get it. The rear LED seems gimmicky but the specs are solid enough. Hard to find removable battery these days especially with 2600 mAh / "5 HD phone.

Please include compass in the next j2 series. I use Maps a lot for navigation and compass will ease my day..
