It is a pretty bad cell phone. I had a Samsung Galaxy j1 Ace before and it was way better. I will enlist the issues I've had with the Galaxy j2 core this far:
1 - Google Play does NOT reproduce .wav files.
2 - Google Play does NOT have an equalizer. A fucking EQUALIZER.
3 - The Google Play of this cell phone sucks at finding individual tracks when typing their names (let's say I have 15 songs called "Track 1", type it in the search bar and it'll find you 2 only).
4 - I am not allowed to download Facebook videos from Google Chrome.
5 - YouTube (from Google Chrome, NOT the application) does not allow me to post comments. Once they are written and you click on "upload", the writting box closes up. It sucks.
6 - Whenever I receive comments/notifications on YouTube (the application) and I click on them, the page scrolls down until it reaches the last visible comment, so I have to go all the way up to read whatever response I may have received (they will always appear as the first comment).
7 - Shrinking whatever video you're watching on YT (app) cuts the screen awfully bad and (8) closing them is way slower.
8 - YT ads (from the app) are not only more frequent, they also appear below the video in image form, it is annoying..
9 - Passing from one image to the other in the gallery is both harder and slower, like you have to move your finger from right to left/left to right all the way through instead of pressing faster/moving your fingers from one side to the other for a few milliseconds to change the image/photo, which makes it faster.

I bought this for my 12 year old son only to communicate with him when he's at school. He turned it into a PlayStation 3 console lol. He downloaded war and fight and racing games and hooked the phone with his xbox controller and start gaming all day long (he was excited more than he was with his xbox). I noticed his grades got low so I installed a parental control app called Kids Place (available on Play Store) and gave him only the ability to call and message and take photos until school ends. This experience means that this phone is very good and not like what the Chinese paid advertisers say in here about it.

Please can someone explain to me how to insert another sim on this phone. Because on manual says its a dual sim phone.

screen touch is not smoothly, 1 card slot doesn`t work, this phone doesn`t have clock widget, try to install some, but doesn`t see it. why my brother choose this masterpiece of 2018.
