kenneth, 22 Nov 2017i im user samsung galaxy J2 prime before is 4g now is 3g on... moreYou've probably accidentally changed the network mode to 3G/2G (auto connect) mode. Just follow this steps. Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode. Now, in network mode just switch to LTE/3G/2G (auto connect). Have a wonderful day !

I really love Samsung phones, except this J2prine it's sucks. It's always says; not enough memory. I bought 16G SD card but won't work.
