my new j2 almost 2months i have battery problem when i charge its idicating charging but my battery its heat to much but the charging its not increasing same percentage indicating..even i bought a new baterry that i thought maybe the battery is weak..same as it is even a new battery..

Is there anyone who experienced the same situation with my phone. Last night after resetting the phone and cleaning it with alcohol using a cotton ball, the minimize icon is always appearing in the screen even if I am not using it nor click it. I tried the touchscreen tests, restart the phone and still the same situation. Please help me. TIA!

my easiest way for me to download mp3/videos/movies
direct to SD card is to un mount the SD card use SD card reader download using your pc hehehe
very easy :D
if you don't like my idea...do it your hard way
by downloading it to playstore and copy it to SD card

vic, 16 Oct 2017video format might not supported, or just install VLC app.But its own video i mean i recorded a video from the party then when i play this video i doesnt work . FILE HAS INCORRECT DATA OR UNKNON VIDEO. So please help me to fix this..

The phone is very slow and apps are not getting installed quickly either .The features are not up to market standards. better buy higher RAM & ROM configured mobile.

Anonymous, 08 Oct 2017I've had the same problem. I've limited the apps I install ... moreI had the same problem lk you before . And I realized it's my fault to buy a phone with low internal storage. So I changed my phone and buy a phone with 32GB internal memory inside and problem solved. Never buy a phone with 8GB internal memory inside it. Try to get the higher internal memory is better than 8GB. Lesson learnt 😀

why is it that when i put a password in my j2 prime and then i turn off because i want to try..the password i made it...i was shock..the phone did not accept...and then i try to reset the phone....so that i can off the security....then a google account appeard and i forgot my gmail...how can i reset it....
