This is the worst phone I've ever had. Absolutely no room for app and no option to use as card as alternative storage. I really wish I had done some research before I purchase the terrible phone.

theresa, 04 Aug 2017purchased Samsung J2 last night. when i check the phone via... moreYeah I was disappointed, for that as well turns out the operation system take out a HUGE amount but you can transfer the apps to an sd card , the weird thing was that sometimes the phone does not make that connection saying that the app is not even installed , unless I'm doing something wrong. It sure is not user friendly. But I still love mine.

i just got one two weeks ago and cant get any service went to four places trying to get it turned on ,i,m done with this phone how do i get my money back? got it on line at overstock.com paid 111.00 and 10.00 more for faster delivery can i get my money back?/.

purchased Samsung J2 last night. when i check the phone via computer.. it shows that the internal storage is about 3.55gb only.. The specs shows that it suppose to have 8gb internal storage.. how was that?

I couldnt recommend this phone to anyone because in my experiences with it there is literally nothing good about it except the battery life. 8gb of internal space whereas the operation system takes up almost 90% of it. Don't be fool when they say it is expandable up to 258gb micro SD, the operating system doesn't allow you to format the SD for internal storage.
