Can I ask if it's possible to update J2 Prime to Android Nougat? I really wanted to update my phone to Nougat. And if it's possible, I want to adjust storage or add more space. But how? The battery is good, and also the front camera, but not to good. Please Samsung, please update J2 Prime 2017 to the latest update which is the Nougat 7.0.1. I'm begging you, please. I badly want a Nougat update.

I love the phone, my only issue is that it does not allow u to download your files straight to SD card, u have to do it manually which cause the storage to full fast and it is very frustrating n I am beginning to hate the phone because of it. With my old phone never had that issue and for a Samsung it should be a upgrade not a downgrade. I have accepted I can't use the apps I would like because of space and everything going to internal storage although u have a memory card it sucks.

It's battery condition is very poor.9%charge reduced in just 11 minutes.

Lack of internal memory. showing me 8gb internal memory that should be have 6 or 5gb free. unfortunately i cant install my favourite game.warning disk will appear on notification bar when i download more than 30mb each file. So i cant using my YouTube offline.
