I brought the phone back to the store and they said it's the SD card that is corrupted. So they replaced it... But today, same thing happened! Brought itback again but the manager wasn't there so I have to wait...

the apps installed uses a lot of the internal memory. need to get high capacity sd card

the camera quality is great but am totally disappointed with this phone storage and there is no lights to alert you when u get a message or when it is charging really disappointed

the quality of the phone is phenomenon however I am disappointed on its internal memory, it says 8 gb and I was expecting that i'll be able to use halfor a quarter or so but then i downloaded a couple of apps that I always use and now its notifying that I am not running out of storage, for short the device only entrusted 1 gb only... now i need to move all my apps to my external memory for my device to run normally

Having problems with screen layover pop-up message and is stopping me from giving my apps permission and even completely using some of them. I've already tried factory restore and changing relevant settings but i still get back to the same problem..any knowledge on this?

I have a problem with using sd cards. At first I used a 2gb sd card and its functioning good. Then I want to download more apps and photos so I needed to buy a much larger cpacity sd card. I tried 8 gb. And damn! I cannot download apps through the sd card. I can't even move them. And worst. My photos which are saved in sd card are corrupted. So I thought maybe the sd card have some issues so I tried to buy again another 8 gb. I really checked it and it's good. And then after hours, same thing happened. My photos got corrupted again. And my apps still can't be moved. What shall I do now? I think the problem is not with the sd cards. It's the phone! Someone who can help me about it please

FM Radio problem.... Its weak in receiving good signal compared to my old Samsung J2 2015 where the sound is loud and stereo...
Note.. I am listening to that radio station using these two phones in the same area...

I have a problem with the FM radio.. Its loud but its low in receiving stereo sound when i compare it with my Samsung J2 2015 which its FM radio sound is loud and stereo... I am so disappointed with the radio since i am a radio dependent and not so much on the Music Player....
How can I solve this problem to achieve the quality of sound that I want to hear...???
