I'm getting confuse if I should buy this phone because as I can see from the feedbacks of the users they are not satisfied and get mad about this phone. This is my dream phone and I always crave for it to be mine but as of now I'm so frustrated if I continue to buy this phone. Sorry Samsung if I said some things that might hurt nor offend yuo but confusions comes out into my mind. Sorry sorry sorry

I don't know if I'm the only one who experience this but I think the sd card slot is no use! As I've got the phone, I bought 8gb memory and inserted it. I was so excited I can install any apps that I want and take photos. Unfortunately, I can't install them in my sd card. I was sad. Then to use my sd, I set my camera stprage to sd card. At first I see the photos I take. And after some minutes, as I review my photos again they got lost and I keep seeing exclamation point and the videos says "error occurred" also with music I downloaded in the sd card. So I thought the sd card I bought got virus. I scanned but nothing was found so I decided to buy a new one. And the same thing happens. I'm so frustrated. My phone was of no interesting use. Maybe I can only use it for fb and google. Tssk How can I fix this??? Please reply I need an answer. Do not frustrate your costumer.

Please...please don't go for this mobile...because lot of Wi-Fi problems...every 10th mins Wi-Fi disconnecting and automatically reconnect the Wi-Fi

I have used both S2 and S4 and was astounded at the J2 Prime. I do not understand why with the technology available Samsung have made such an inferior product. It has only 8g of storage and because the apps built into it use nearly all of it. there is little point in try to download your own choices as there is no room for them.
I am extremley disappointed Samsung I would have thought after the S7 Note fiaso you would be looking to gain customer confidence not disillusion them even more.

Why is it there are built-in apps in this phone like facebook, onedrive..when in fact, if it reaches the maximum memory to update such we can no longer update it since the apps cannot be moved to SD card. Aside from that, one disadvantages of this phone is you cannot make SD card as your default location to store new apps, music, pictures downloaded from the internet. It has to go first with the phone then you have to move it to sd card, but there are some applications which are not movable. How Sad. This is my first Samsung phone.

Camera is not good, go to samsung j5 2015 for better display, and camera.

I bought this device and i regretted it.. it only has 8GB storage but only 1.5 is usable and theres also no feature where you can convert external storage to internal.. I just bought this device and it already kept notifying me with low internal storage.. I'm really mad and disappointed at the same time.. it feels like I just wasted money to buy this device. Please add a feature where you can format ext storage to internal..

I brought the phone back to the store and they said it's the SD card that is corrupted. So they replaced it... But today, same thing happened! Brought itback again but the manager wasn't there so I have to wait...

the camera quality is great but am totally disappointed with this phone storage and there is no lights to alert you when u get a message or when it is charging really disappointed

the quality of the phone is phenomenon however I am disappointed on its internal memory, it says 8 gb and I was expecting that i'll be able to use halfor a quarter or so but then i downloaded a couple of apps that I always use and now its notifying that I am not running out of storage, for short the device only entrusted 1 gb only... now i need to move all my apps to my external memory for my device to run normally

Having problems with screen layover pop-up message and is stopping me from giving my apps permission and even completely using some of them. I've already tried factory restore and changing relevant settings but i still get back to the same problem..any knowledge on this?
